Timelines vary significantly depending on the nature of the legal matter. Simple contract reviews or advisory consultations may be completed within one to two weeks. Corporate compliance audits typically require three to four weeks for thorough review and report preparation. Family law matters such as estate planning generally span four to six weeks to ensure proper documentation and review. We provide specific timeline estimates during the initial consultation phase based on your particular circumstances.

Our services are priced according to scope and complexity. Corporate compliance advisory is ฿40,000, employment law advisory begins at ฿15,000, and family law and estate planning services are ฿28,000. These fees cover the stated service scope including consultations, document preparation, and implementation guidance. Additional work beyond the initial scope is discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. We provide written fee agreements at the outset of each engagement to ensure clarity.

All our legal services are available in English, and we prepare documentation in both Thai and English where applicable.
