5. Legal Services
5.1 Scope of Services
Our legal services are limited to corporate compliance, employment law, and family law matters under Thai jurisdiction. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in the applicable Engagement Agreement.
5.2 Professional Standards
Our attorneys are licensed by the Lawyers Council of Thailand and bound by professional conduct rules. We maintain independence, competence, and confidentiality in all client matters.
5.3 Geographic Limitations
Our practice is limited to Thai law. We do not provide legal advice regarding foreign jurisdictions. Cross-border matters may require coordination with attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 Fee Structure
Fees for legal services are established in the Engagement Agreement. Our standard fee structure includes:
- Corporate Compliance Advisory: ฿40,000 per engagement
- Employment Law Advisory: ฿15,000 per consultation
- Family Law and Estate Planning: ฿28,000 per matter
6.2 Payment Terms
Payment is typically required prior to commencement of work unless alternative arrangements are specified in the Engagement Agreement. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and cash.
6.3 Additional Costs
Fees do not include government filing fees, translation costs, or other third-party expenses unless specified. Such costs are billed separately with prior notice.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging our services agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate information relevant to the matter
- Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of attorney-client communications
- Inform us immediately of any changes affecting the matter
- Comply with agreed payment terms
- Make final decisions regarding settlement or strategy
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Lunar Weft and protected by Thai and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Documents prepared for clients become client property upon payment but may not be used to create derivative works for commercial purposes without permission.

This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
11. Termination of Services
11.1 Client Termination
Clients may terminate our services at any time with written notice. Fees earned for work completed prior to termination remain payable.
11.2 Attorney Termination
We may withdraw from representation for good cause, including nonpayment of fees, client failure to cooperate, or conflict of interest. We will provide reasonable notice and assist with transition to successor counsel when permitted by professional rules.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts in Bangkok.
12.2 Informal Resolution
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution. Many issues can be resolved through discussion.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
For website use, these Terms constitute the entire agreement. For legal services, the Engagement Agreement governs along with these Terms where applicable.
13.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a sale or transfer of our practice.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Changes do not affect Engagement Agreements already in effect, which are governed by the terms in force at the time of execution.
